At RDB, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your RDB account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
